Timeline of events

• 9:30 AM - Welcome Reception

  Coffee, mimosas, and donuts.

  $10 per person

  Registration fee covers refreshments, service projects, and strides walk

• 10:00 AM - Short Service Sessions

  3 Ten-minute, rapid-fire workshops to improve your club’s service impact

• 11:00 AM - District Photo

  Calling all 2T-1 Lions to recreate a Melvin Jones photo from 1930

• 11:30 AM - Strides Walk

  Raise diabetes awareness

  Six block walk to Clarendon’s City Park and the Lions’ Chance Jones Playground

• 12:00 PM - Lunch

  Food Truck available at the park.
  (Lunch is at your own expense)

• 1:00 PM - District Service Projects

  Two will be offered

• 2:30 PM - Clarendon Lions Bingo

  Lions Hall

  $10 for ten games

  Prizes for each game

  District Corn Hole Tournament

  $20 per two-person team

  Prizes to be awarded

• 5:00 PM - Open House

  Ribbon cutting and Boss Lion’s Hospitality.

• 6:30 PM - Clarendon Centennial Banquet

  $25

  Kids 12 and under $10 - comes with chicken nugget meal
