  • 6:15 to 7:00 Sweetheart Presentation in business casual

  • 7:00 to 10:00 Fellowship Dinner for Sweethearts & Lions

  • Evening events – Cornhole Contest & Silent Auction Opens

Saturday, January 20, 2024 (Business Casual)

  • 8:00 - 9:30 Registration

  • 8:30 - 9:30 Breakfast with Sweethearts. Sweetheart Shirt Auction

  • 10:00 - 12:30 Mid-Winter GMA Summit (Conference Center)

  • 1:30 - 3:00 MD 2-T1 Mid-Winter Cabinet Meeting (Conference Center)

  • 3:00 – 5:00 Service project (TBD)

  • 4:30 Silent Auction Closes

  • 6:00- 8:00 Lions Youth Banquet - Peace Poster & District Queen winners
